While the overall ambiance was fantastic, the check-out process felt a bit disorganized and could be refined for smoother departures.

And don’t get me started on the staff—super attentive and friendly, especially Christella and Chef Malek, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The beach view was a cherry on top of this amazing experience!

Now, while I was vibing with everything, I gotta mention the snorkeling trip was a letdown. The marine life was weak, and the response time for emergencies could've been zippier when my husband got stung! The wait was a bit much, but we still rolled with the punches.

We had an incredible time with friends! We tried kite surfing at ION Club Prestige and went swimming with dolphins—both were unforgettable. The beach was stunning and the atmosphere was so chill. The staff were friendly and really made us feel welcome. Just a heads up, the service can be a bit hit or miss, but overall, it was a fantastic trip that we won't forget!
